Application Method
D-1808 is a typical thermoplastic elastomer. When used as a permanent antistatic additive, it is suitable for processing methods such as extrusion, injection molding, and coating. The product is vacuum-packed and can be used directly after opening. Any unused pellets remaining after opening should be dried at approximately 100°C for 3–4 hours before subsequent use.
Products modified and pelletized with D-1808 should be dried at approximately 100°C for 3–4 hours before further processing.

Permanent Antistatic Additive D-1808 is a polyether-polyamide copolymer-type permanent antistatic additive designed for ABS or PC/ABS alloys. After adding D-1808, the surface resistivity of ABS or PC/ABS alloys can be reduced to 10⁸–10⁹ Ω, providing permanent antistatic performance.
